1 Check this option if you want the feedbackchat to be run at windows startup
2 Check this option if you want the feedbackchat to display a popup alert window each time an user connects
3 Click here to broadcast video/audio to your customer. You can RIGHT click to parameter your micro and webcam devices.

5 List of users waiting for help.
6 Click this button to deconnect the current user and take the next one.
7 Click this button to kick (disconnect) the user : the user can come back later for help.
8 Click this button to ban (disconnect) the user : the IP adress will be logo nso the user will not be able to come back again.
9 Click here to show the user chat's history. (avaible if the user comes back to the support chat)
10 menu User actions: similar to 6 7 8 9.
11 URLs manager: allows you to manage your urls and shortcuts: You can add and remove the urls that will be opened in your client's window
12 Parameters : this menu allows you to customize your application: change the skins and colors of your graphics and buttons. It also allows you to modify your personal data.
13 Answers: this menu allows you to set up the initial answer.
14 Skins: allows you to change the look of your application .
15 Click here to disconnect and quit the support chat.
16 Chat area: history of the chat.
17 Input area: type your text here.
18 Color selector: you can change the ink color of your text.
19 Send button : click to send the text entered in 17
20 Urls : list of your personnal urls enteretd in 11 that you can send to your customer: these urls will be opened in your client's chat as a new window.
21 Click here to send the selected url in 20 to your client window
